This policy applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Data collected
- Introduction forms: name, email, phone (optional), the situation you describe (permit, nationality, city, message). Purpose: passing your request to the professional chosen. The forms are hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium).
- Processing-time form: permit type, canton, number of weeks, month of application. These answers are anonymous and only published in aggregate (median).
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no individual profile.
Retention
Introduction requests are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at contact@permis-suisse.ch.
Listed professionals
Listings use public data (professional registers, commercial register). Any professional can ask for their listing to be edited or removed at contact@permis-suisse.ch; requests are handled within 72 hours.
